Worksop opening

Keltruck has opened a new £2.5m depot at Manton Colliery in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The depot was officially opened by local MP, John Mann (Bassetlaw, Labour) & MEP, Roger Helmer (East Midlands, Conservative), along with Chris Kelly, Chairman & Managing Director, & Hans-Christer Holgersson, Managing Director of Scania (Great Britain) Ltd.

The depot is located at the former Manton Colliery site on Retford Road & began operating in May. "I am delighted that we now have such a significant presence in Worksop," said Chris Kelly, Chairman & Managing Director of Keltruck. "The new depot has led to the creation of 24 new full-time jobs & is open six days a week to serve the B&Q operation & customers in the Worksop area."

Keltruck welcomes Tony Biddlestone Tony Biddlestone -- Account Manager

After 11 extremely successful years with Keltruck, Account Manager Nigel Jones is leaving to take up the position of Regional Sales Director - Scania South West on 1 January 2008.

Chris Kelly, Mike Kelly, Ian Scott & the team at Keltruck are sorry to see Nigel leave the company but both Keltruck & Scania Great Britain are delighted that Nigel will now develop his career further within the Scania organisation.

Nigel's successor as Account Manager for the Worcestershire / Gloucestershire region will be Tony Biddlestone (pictured). Tony can be contacted on the same mobile number as previously used by Nigel.

Chris D. Kelly selected to fight key seat at the next general election

Keltruck's Marketing Director, Chris D. Kelly, has been selected to fight the key marginal seat of Dudley South in the Black Country for the Conservatives at the next election.

In his new position, Chris is playing a leading role in the battle against congestion charging in the Black Country.

Chris, who worked for Michael Howard when he was Leader of the Opposition, is pictured with Conservative Party Leader, David Cameron.
